• Assembly fixture with POKA YOKE (Manual / Automatic)

• Custom designed gear box (Planetary/Compound Drive) for special applications as per standards such as AGMA etc.

•Special purpose Tool Design: Transfer Dies design, Crimping and clinching etc.
•Tool Design and development: Tool design calculations for clearance, Shear force and the clamping force. Selection of material and surface treatment process as per tool life requirement in million cylcles.
